Have rang epau today as been bit worried about not feeling as nauseous as I did when I was pregnant with my son. She calculated me at 5 weeks 6 days going by last period. She said each pregnancy is different, some don't have sickness, some do in the first trimester, some do later. Booked me in for a scan Monday, hope and pray they'll be able to see little bean. X

Hey! Just wanted to say I've had zero symptoms, no sickness or nausia, and I am now 18 weeks! Try not to worry about no symptoms, I had awful sickness with my first pregnancy from 15 to 28 weeks as this time if it wasn't for my bump I'd think the whole thing was in my head!
Best of luck for your scan😘

SoyDora · 15/05/2018 19:36

I have had completely different symptoms with all 3 of mine. Awful sickness with my 1st from about 7 weeks, nausea but no sickness from 4-5 weeks with my second and now 7 weeks and feeling horrific and exhausted but haven’t been sick.
Great that they’ll scan you, in my area they only scan for substantial bleeding at this stage.
Best of luck.

@AllThatTalks awwh thank you for replying 😊 I think because for the first twelve weeks of my last pregnancy I was being sick and this pregnancy for the past couple of days I've felt nauseous but not actually being sick has had me worried, today though have felt little more nauseous and some smells are starting to get to me. It's reassuring to know I'm not alone 😘 thank you 😘 are you having a surprise? Xx

@SoyDora thank you for replying 😊 it's reassuring to know that each pregnancy can be different. I was surprised when they said they would book me in for a scan. Xx

I haven’t been sick or nasueous at all! As someone posted above, if I didn’t have a bump (and huge boobs) now I’m in the second trimester I wouldn’t know I was pregnant. I’m sure I’ll get the payback in some form later in the pregnancy xx

AllThatTalks · 15/05/2018 19:52

@Lauraliverpool

It can be such a worry, I was sure I'd go for my 12 week & nothing would be there!
We are finding out what we're having...I'm too impatient to wait until October🙈, our next scan is two weeks today (not that I'm counting down!!) and I'll be 20+4 by then.

Make sure you report back on Monday☺👶 xx

Hope all goes well for you. I didn’t have one bit of nausea with my two DD’s and they’re absolutely fine! With my DS and this pregnancy (which I also believe is a boy), totally different stories! My DM was the same, she had no sickness with me but lots with my Dbro. Seems it’s a boy thing for us.

Lauraliverpool · 15/05/2018 20:36

@AllThatTalks it definitely can be, I'm impatient too, would like to find out this time but hubby doesn't. I know when I went for scans last time I couldn't look until hubby said look Laura, there's the baby. I will do 😊 update too 😊 xx

@MouseFunky thank you. My mum says she had no sickness with me or my brother. My nan was sick right through and only thing she could stomach was lemonade. X

@Loulabelle25 it's mad how each pregnancy is different. Know it sounds mad but was reassuring when I was being sick last time. X

I found out today that I am pregnant! Myself and my partner are not ready to share our news with our families but I am so nervous!!
This is my first baby and I just don't know what to expect. I know it's not healthy to panic but it's all I've done since I found our, I didn't even have any symptoms other than a missed period!

Any advice would be really appreciated! Smile

Lauraliverpool · 21/05/2018 20:58

@Christiina completely normal feeling nervous, been exactly the same since finding out I'm pregnant again, I've told my friends and some family members, going to wait til 12 weeks to officially announce.
I found buying a pregnancy book helped me first time. I've been feeling nervous, worried, scared you name it. Xx

@Lauraliverpool thank you so much for the reply!! I definitely needed some reassurance!
Can you/anyone tell me when the first scan normally is? My partner and I are thinking of telling our families then! ❤️ xxx
