39+2 baby's head not engaged

I'm 39+2! How do I get my baby's head engaged her head is not engaged at all! In the right position, first baby too.
I'm trying birth ball, raspberry leaf tea and walking up the stairs sideways helpppp

Not sure if it actually works but on my bounty app said doing deep squats and scrubbing the floor on all four helps? Worth a try if you can.
