Pregnancy test confusion

Hey mums. In some serious need of advice. So I've not had a "proper" period since the end of march. I started getting some light short term spotting around 2.5 weeks later, a week after having unprotected sex with my partner. I went to my doctors, who did a test there which was, as she put it l, arguable that there was a line/shadowing. I proceeded to take a digital test which came back positive. In a blind panic I went back to the pharmacy and bought a clear blue 'how many weeks' 2 hours after getting my positive result the clear one came up. 'not pregnant' so like anyone else I went back and got another regular test which again come back negative. My doctor has told me to come back next week after my next period but thats a long time to wait when I have conflicting results. Please help. Thank you :)

Get yourself a FRER, they're the most sensitive ones, it sounds to me like you could be and the 'period' could have been implantation xx

Your wee was less concentrated for the later tests giving you a negative result. You will have to try again with first morning urine tomorrow. If you want to do multiple tests, pee into a cup and then dip the tests into the same sample. I'd say you're pregnant but just on the cusp of what would turn a test positive, which means less than five weeks generally.
