I am 7 weeks and have had few symptoms other than occasionally feeling sick and few cramps plus extreme tiredness. My boobs began to feel hard and my nipples very erect. The last 2 days my boobs are soft and nipples normal they feel like before I was pregnant. Is this normal or a I losing my little Ray of sunshine? I also had the tiniest bit of pink spotting last week which I mentioned to my midwife but she wasn't at all concerned. My boobs however are concerning me and I'm petrified I'm going to lose my little one. Please someone help

My breasts changed constantly. Some days I felt weird, others I didn't feel pregnant at all. It's likely to be just fine - and spotting is common. There's nothing you can do anyway and panicking will just stress you out. Just wait it out and try to get some distractions - I found throwing myaelf into work really helpful during that worrying time! Best of luck!

Hi OP
Sorry you're going through this. I've miscarried before and carried babies to term. What you describe could be something or it could be nothing. As PP said breasts do change constantly with pregnancy. If you have any more spotting maybe ask for an early scan to put your mind at ease? From 8 weeks you might be able to get one. Hugs Flowers

Your symptoms don’t sound concerning - actually it all sounds pretty typical in early pregnancy. I know it’s hard to but please try to relax - unfortunately what will be will be, there isn’t anything you or a doctor could do even if you were to miscarry at this point (for what it’s worth it honestly doesn’t sound like anything untoward it happening!)
Take care of yourself, rest, eat well, take your folic acid.
Good luck x

It all sounds perfectly normal. Please don't worry yourself xx

Symptoms coming and going is totally normal. Mine all went, I worried, then I had morning sickness for 2 weeks solid. I'm now 13 weeks and mine were all on and off constantly until last week when they've been off.. and much appreciated too lol!

I had two missed miscarriages last year. During the first one the only spotting I had was a little brown four weeks after the heart had stopped. With the second one I had zero spotting at all, I just found out the heart had stopped at the 12 week scan.

With this pregnancy I had an implantation bleed and a little pink spotting at 5 weeks. I am 15 weeks and everything is absolutely fine so spotting isn’t always a bad sign. Also symptoms do naturally come and go throughout.

"Symptoms" come and go and anxiously monitoring them is a waste of your time and energy, honestly. If you have had a positive test and aren't bleeding, you are pregnant unless and until a scan says otherwise.
