I’m 8.5 weeks pregnant today and haven’t had any cramping since last week, is that something I should be concerned about?
Had a scan at the EPU last Thursday which showed baby measuring perfectly with dates and have had some mild symptoms (hunger being the main one!) which are reassuring.

It is normal for symptoms to fluctuate - mine totally went at 9 weeks or so and panicked me but I’m now 38 weeks with a healthy baby! The scan last week is really reassuring. Good luck!
