I'm 8 weeks and have high blood pressure and see stars/black spots I have also had a hip replacement should I be seen earlier and more frequently?

It depends on what medication you take for your blood pressure.
You would probably be monitored more frequently after 20 weeks to keep an eye on pre-eclampsia symptoms.
As for the hip replacement, I’m not sure how that would effect early pregnancy.
But definitely a discussion about late pregnancy pressure on your hips & childbirth. As long as you’ve disclosed your full medical
History to your midwife she will
Know how frequently you need to be seen.
