E45 emolient shower cream

I have very sensitive skin so wanted to try using this is it safe during pregnancy I also brought the cream to and wondered if it is safe to use? I'm 29 weeks pregnant

I use Dermol and it's fine as it's an emollient and can be used wet or dry. E45 is fine if your used to it and it doesn't contain any nasties.
