4d scan at 4.15 when should I drink my sugary drink?

I'm 31 weeks and been advised to drink a fizzy drink ( one off) to get baby moving more ect what time should I drink this ? I'm not sure how long it takes to get through to baby ?

Should I have some chocolate aswell or will the cola be enough? I don't want to over do it as I don't want her to be majorly affected I mean if I can sneak in the chocolate I would be personally more than happy 😂

I think before a scan is the perfect excuse for chocolate and I don’t think it will affect her too much at all! (Unless you have gestational diabetes or something) good luck for your scan.
