15 weeks pregnant and am desperately hungry all the time. Terrified of putting on tonnes if weight so find myself sitting there hungry. I eat very healthily and try and eat low calorie/but filling meals. I'm still hungry!

Anyone else? How do you manage? I'm so worried I'm going to put on far too much weight....

Yep, same. I have been pretty much from the beginning tbh. It was the way I dealt with my nausea, if I didn’t eat I felt sick so I just kept eating. I’m almost 15 weeks now and the nausea is just about gone but I still want to eat a lot. I try to eat fruit as much as possible so I don’t become a whale and obviously exercise which is key.

Yesterday I had a ham sandwich, an orange and two samosas by 9.30.
I had another ham sandwich , two samosas and a banana for lunch.

Have have severe morning sickness/mild HG and am still on Promethazine and ranitidine at 19 weeks

Yes! Little and often. Never let blood sugar get too low.

I was like this with my twins, absolutely starving all day, despite eating nearly every hour. I didn't put on much weight really, about 20lbs, only carried to 30 weeks though.

Me too. Plenty of cereal and toast between meals!

I've been going through phases of being RAVENOUS. I'll scoff everything in sight for 2 days then be back to normal. Rinse and repeat. Maybe a baby growth spurt?! (That's what I tell myself as I eat my second breakfast anyway...)

Yes! I'm 28 weeks now and nothing seems to satisfy me any more. Trying to stick to healthy eating through the week and snacking on fruit and yogurt but I'm worried about putting on too much weight by the end

Also very worried about weight gain... I'm trying my best to be good. Celery, fat free yoghurt, salad, tomatoes blah blah blah. Still gained a shocking amount of weight and have very fat thighs.

Think my baby is on a constant growth spurt as I’m hungry all the time!
Pre pregnancy I would just have an apple, small salad and a yoghurt. Now I have to eat every 2 hours or I feel like I’ve not eaten for weeks.
Only 8.5 weeks at the moment and will probably look like a bubble by the end of the year 😂
