Hello lovely mumsnet!
I need some advice/reassurance as googling symptoms is the source of all evil!
First pregnancy, 8 weeks +1, and my lord I am ill! Plenty of nausea (but no sickness), sore breasts, aching lower back, small cramps, watery discharge, so exhausted I barely last until 8pm and I feel like I've been hit by a truck?
Normal?
I had a scare last weekend and local A&E thought I was miscarrying but no more pain/blood and HCG levels high? Now I am constantly on edge waiting for early scan Monday.
What do you think? Does it sound normal?
Thanks so much :)

I'm 30+1 now in my first pregnancy.

The first 12weeks for me were horrid
Sickness dry heaving
Feeling wiped out after doing a simple task
Mouth dry
Itchy
Not being able to stomach any food
No appetite
Back killed every day all day
Cramps - all lower left side (shower/warm bath) and painkillers (paracetamol) and relaxing in bed helped me
Discharge - yes normal looking
Boobs killed too

Can't comment on bleeding as I haven't had any blood

Good luck Monday, try not to panic midwives are only a call away xx

Thanks so much! It was only very light spotting (midwife thinks implantation bleeding) A&E were very dramatic and crying miscarriage and now Im constantly on edge and anxiety through the roof!
Monday cant come quick enough!! Xx

Very very normal, in fact pretty good signs I think that Your hormones are high and your pregnancy is continuing. Although I am well aware it feels really bloody horrible

I know it's easier said than done, but please try and stay calm, not good for baby when your stressed out either.

Tbh, I had pains lower left side and freaked out and called midwife, she was like ok are you bleeding? Told her my stages and she said the same about implantation and it's my body getting used to changes!!

Hopefully the weekend will go quick for you, just take it easy. Relax if you can xx

Feeling a little bit better (as I lay here clutching a hot water bottle to my stomach to ease the cramps and weird twitches!)
Early night for me I think and start all over again tomorrow xx

I am 15 weeks now with my first and just starting to feel better. At about 9 Weeks I felt better for two days and whilst I thought I would be happy about it, it put me on edge and made me feel like something was wrong. Try and see it in a sense that lots of symptoms = good hormone levels! You will feel better soon. Congrats x
