How far a long am i?!

Im sooo confused, my due date is 14th August, counting the weeks this coming Tuesday I think I will 27 weeks but when i try and work it out in months its only 6 months, and 27 weeks is more that 6 months?! 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈😳

40 weeks is more than 9 months!

Go by weeks as it's how the hospital will date you :)

I just treat months and weeks as separate as there isn't 4 weeks (or a round number of weeks) in the month. You're 27 weeks Tues. Just over 6 months pregnant

There aren't 4 weeks exactly in a month so that's why it doesn't add up. If you want to count months go by your due date, i.e if you were due on 11th June then today you could say you were 8 months pregnant to the date.

Hi lass, I'm due 14th August too and will be 27 weeks tomorrow.
(3rd trimester - woohoo!)

I confuse the hell out my PIL though as I count 10 months of 4 weeks so it's lunar (I think unless I've confused myself lol)
