Can anyone recommend a good book/website for dads to be?

DH is utterly clueless about everything baby related. I mean, utterly. I'm starting to think a crash course before the baby arrives in September is going to be much needed. We're not doing NCT as none in our area at the right time, but we're hoping to book on to an NHS day workshop. But not sure it will be enough! Any recommendations for good baby books aimed at first time dads would be much appreciated!

My DH really liked Commando Dad and so did I! Nice easy lists of how to look after a baby for the clueless.

I bought this for DH, a bit of humour thrown in...

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/1533539170/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ref=plSrch&keywords=dad+fc&dpPl=1&dpID=51Gmhmtp10L&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&tag=mumsnetforum-21&ie=UTF8&qid=1525980094&sr=8-1

I must admit we have done NCT which has been the best for him as he isn’t a very logical person so actually getting hands on with some of the stuff had been great for him. He’s still pretty clueless though 😂

These both look brilliant, thanks guys! Thetimehascometo, my expectations are pretty low that he will even read the book let alone take it all in, but at least I'll have tried! He genuinely thought babies are born able to crawl...we have a looooong way to go 😉😨

Haha Pirateweasel that's brilliant. DH managed to put the nappy on the baby the wrong way round in NCT class (I feel this takes more effort than doing it correctly!) I'm sure they will get on just fine after a few days once the baby's have arrived though (I really hope at least!!)

There is a free phone app called Daddy Up and it's really good for dad's- puts everything into a fun learning tool and is funny as well.

It's available on Apple and Android
