So went to the midwife today 39 + 3 days and had a sweep. Midwife said cervix is still long and thick. 
Any ideas how to bring on labour, got another sweep booked in for next week which i will be 3 days over. Was 6 days over with my first baby and really don't fancy going over due date. Any tips would be great.
Midwife suggested sex 
and to use the birthing ball!
