I'm currently 5 1/2 weeks with my 3rd pregnancy (1 very early miscarriage and one son who is 16 months). I had some bleeding that didn't turn into a period which is what made me test, got a very faint positive about 4 days before period would have been due. I did a test a few days later and got a very strong line. The bleeding settled down and then nothing for a week & 1/2 until this morning. I'm now bleeding again but probably only the same amount as with implantation. Since I'm not 6 weeks yet I'm not sure there's a lot to see on a scan and my local EPAC won't see you until 6 weeks so do I just wait it out and see what happens or is it worth phoning my GP?
If anyone has any experience they can share I'd be grateful. If it does turn out to be a miscarriage roughly how long until bleeding gets heavier. I think given that we already have a son I'm a bit more laid back this time and know that whatever will be will be and I can't change it, I just want to know what's happening either way!
