Am I losing my mind?

Okay so the past four weeks or so I've just felt pregnant. Fatigued beyond belief, nausea and increased appetite. I'm on nexplanon so I didn't think it was possibly to get pregnant. However the feeling just wouldn't fade. I've done numerous tests across various brands and had a few faint positives on the more sensitive ones. I went to the doctors to explain how I'm feeling and the faint positives and he was very condescending but agreed to do bloods. This was last Thursday. Since then I've done two more tests with faint positives. Got the results back today and hcg is at a level of a non pregnant woman and apparently I have folic acid anaemia so I've been prescribed ferrous sulfate and folic acid. Is it possible I am pregnant but it's just too early? There's no explanation as to why I'm anaemic so I just wanted to see if anyone has every experienced anything similar? Because my body and mind are telling me I'm pregnant and I don't want to think I'm just insane. TIA x

Nope.
Believe it or not even the ‘decent’ tests out there will give faint lines, even when you’re not pregnant.

The HCG that they are looking for in your blood is the same that is extracted from your body into the urine which the tests pick up.
Therefore if there is none to indicate pregnancy in your blood, there definitely isn’t any in your urine. The lines your seeing on the tests are just BS.
I’ve seen them on First Response tests a lot recently, I’ve experienced them on Superdrug and Clear Blue. You can’t trust any of them.

Yeah I did Tesco ones and superdrug ones and I've heard they're notorious for giving lines when you're not PG. Maybe I'm just insane then. The symptoms of anaemia and pregnancy are similar I guess.
