The joys of pregnancy hormones, things i have cried about today:

  1. Dog rolled in fox poo on her walk
  1. Made OH a coffee but he forgot about it and it went cold
  1. I forgot to pick up milk on way home
  1. I've pee'd myself more times than I care to remember thanks to hay fever making me sneeze constantly

Please someone cheer me up and tell me they have cried over silly things?!

Oh my gosh I'm exactly the same. Never cried so much in my whole life.

Had an eye test today... Couldn't find car key to go there, cried.
(In the winter) car needed defrosting, cried.
Dog wouldn't come back when called, cried.
Husband left work late, cried.
Dr surgery car park full, cried.
Self Check in machine broken at drs, cried.
Heard someone else's baby cry, cried.

I used to be a balanced person, those days are long gone!!!

aw12345 ohhh thank goodness it's not just me! I was almost certain I was reasonably sane but these hormones are making me out to be a nutcase, something else to cry about!! 😫😂x

How far through are you? I'm 27 weeks now (27 long weeks I have to add!!).

I didn't cry for the first 9 years DH knew me... Now it's like a need a hospital drip to keep up with my fluid loss from the crying!!!

Apparently it gets better?! Right?!?!

nikkil123 · 09/05/2018 19:47

26 weeks today!
I hope it gets better or i fear OH may get me sectioned (he isn't the most sympathetic at the best of times so crying for no real reason has blown his mind 😂)

Im 30 weeks today and honestly I cry over everything. Heres the stupid things that have made me cry since being pregnant.

My 5 year old told me I had pretty hair.
The wardrobe and piano in beauty and the beast became human again.
I gave my husband an electric shock.
I ran out of pickles.
I ran out of peas.
I couldn't fit behind my steering wheel.
Heard babys heartbeat.
My husband made me breakfast in bed.
Having to take my medications (which ive been on for 8 years)
The man at burger king made me chilli cheese bites at 9.45 in the morning.

Lol. Pregnancy has turned me into a complete mess. Honestly I thought I was doing ok but literally the smallest of things makes me cry at the moment.

Thetimehascometo · 09/05/2018 22:56

Oh I’d prefer the tears... I go from 0 to raging in 3 seconds flat! Not fun for anyone, especially poor DH

nikkil123 · 10/05/2018 10:35

rosiecotton ahhh that list had me 😂 the chilli cheese bites is the best! Did he ask why you were crying? 🙊

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and it was my sons first birthday yesterday... I cried because he was no longer a proper baby...
I cried because I couldn't reach the floor...
I cried because I was stuck in traffic.

I need more tissues!

TinyTerror1 · 10/05/2018 10:54

I'm 18 weeks and I cried yesterday because we were in a hotel and I took more food for breakfast than I wanted to eat (I made an excuse to pop back to our room so OH doesn't know, thankfully!). Really hope this isn't the start of something more regular!

RosieCotton · 10/05/2018 12:47

Yeah he apologised for making me cry. Lol. Then I felt had that I'd made him feel bad. Lol. Pregnancy is awful. I genuinely feel mad as a hatter at times. Xx

stegosauruslady · 10/05/2018 13:34

The other day I cried when DP showed me a video of a car being covered by lava in Hawaii. I was feeling sorry for the poor car. I think I may be losing it.

nikkil123 · 10/05/2018 15:26

emmaJR1 sending you virtual tissues 😘

29 weeks and I've cried over mr whippy ice cream...or should i say the lack of having it! Silly arguments always make me cry when before i wouldn't of been arsed. Nothing fits me at all...had to borrow my fathers xxl old (from like 10 years ago) t-shirts and still too small. I'm constantly wetting my self too if i cough, sneeze or i am sick. The joys of hormones x

nikkil123 · 10/05/2018 16:13

Samanthah92 i'm sure i didnt wet myself this much when i was a child😫😫😳

Millypad · 11/05/2018 16:29

I cried because girls are nice to each other and support one another and I’m glad I live in this time. I’m crying now just remembering it.
