Cramping pains at top/middle of bump?

35+4.
Been tired very easily today, started getting vert tight bump from around 4pm. From about 6 I've been getting pains in the top and middle of my bump. I haven't ate anything since lunch other than a banana at around 4-ish.
Is it anything to be concerned with or just indigestion?

I thought BH weren't meant to hurt though? This is a mixture of what feels like BH and is like I've tensed my muscles, and actual pain that's making me gasp.
