I hope it is ok to post on this board as I posted on the conception board but got no replies. I am currently taking the seven seas trying for a baby and my boyfriend has been taking the conceive plus men's fertility capsules. We have been thinking about changing his vitamins to either Wellman Conception or just zinc and vit c but I just wanted some advice on what others have used and what helped yu conceive.
