Could I be further? or very early signs?

I am 5w 3d pregnant. 2nd DC but 4th pregnancy (miscarriages either side of DC).

With all my other pregnancies, I was either showing around 10 weeks or didn't make it that far, no change in breast size throughout, I also suffered with HG from around 6 weeks. I only found out 2 weeks ago, and out of nowhere my tummy is noticeably bigger (could be bloat, but never had it this bad) to the point 2 people over the weekend asked if I was expecting and I cannot fit in my work trousers. I'm only an 8-10 so it is obvious. I've been sick for the past week, off my food, and my naturally small boobs have also magically jumped up a cup size over the space of a week Confused.

I know these are normal symptoms but I'm surprised at how early this is. My last period was normal, so I was wondering if anyone had 'normal' menstrual type bleeding in early pregnancy? it wasn't spotting type implantation bleeding. I'm 99% sure I'm only as far as I put above but I am wondering whether I could be further than I think. Everything has started to quickly/so different it has been from my other pregnancies.

Congratulations OP, sorry to hear about your miscarriages.

I was the same in this pregnancy (3rd one, 2nd DC). I knew I was pregnant from what literally must have been the day after I conceived. I had such strong symptoms immediately and oh god, the bloating! I definitely didn't feel like this in my first pregnancy, I was 6 weeks before I found out, no nausea or sickness, bloating didn't kick in until about 9 weeks.

Thank you. I didn't actually have a clue I was pregnant, I only took a test to calm my paranoia as I was a day late for my usually prompt period, then within a fortnight I feel like I'm 4 months!

I get that after first DC you feel things earlier/muscles are more lax, but I got to 9 weeks with the last pregnancy and it was nothing like this. I'm a bit worried as we do have twins in my family!
