Summer meals to batch make and freeze?

DC3 due in 3 weeks’ time. We are up to our eyeballs in building work at the moment so my urge to ‘nest’ is being a bit wasted as everything will be dirty and dusty again by the end of the day! I thought I might channel my energy in making some meals (for my DC and for me and DH) for the freezer. What summery meals can I batch make and freeze...I can only think of things like bolognese, pies, casseroles etc which might be a bit heavy for summer evenings. Any suggestions?

I make a chicken, chorizo and butterbean stew which is a bit more summery than bolognese etc.

Also a tomato fish stew with salmon, prawns, mussels etc.

I also have dc3 due in 3 weeks(30th). I have made loads of pasta sauces for the children, as well as bolognaise/ chilli/ curry type stuff. I have also made soups though, which are lighter(mine like to dip breaded chicken in them) for the summer.
I have also bought stuff from Cook(if you have one near you). They recently had a weekend with 15% off, though you can get 10% off until your baby is six months. It is relatively expensive, but will be nice to have something different once or twice a week.
I will watch this thread for more summery suggestions!

This is my plan in July as I'm due in August.

Make batches of chilli
Own chicken nuggets
Own marinated chicken
Stirfry kits to defrost
Make own marinated steak etc.
Fish cakes with mash and Fish are easy.

Freezer food then is just chips etc

Fridge stiff can be bought on daily walk.

Multibatches when nearly used up is easier as I'm the only cook in house and now have hubby and toddler to feed.

Fish cakes
Tomato/veg pasta sauce
Sausage rolls
BBQ chicken strips, peppers and onions that can go in wraps
Gazpacho or cucumber soup
Some sauces for fish that could be served with salad
Pizza dough
Marinade meat strips for stir fries or put them on skewers for kebabs

Ratatouille freezes well and goes with pasta, potatoes or rice - Just add some protein.

Fish pie

Meatloaf frozen in slices
