Im 23+4 weeks pregnant and I'm getting a strange tugging/pulling twinge at the top of my stomach, it's in one little spot? Anyone have any idea what this could be? It feels like (and looks like) baby has grabbed something inside and is pulling down. It's been happening for about 20 minutes but each twinge is getting longer and it's really uncomfortable (still only last a couple of seconds)??
