Tight, painful stomach. Is this normal?

I'm 19+4 with twins and my stomach has really popped this last week.

Unfortunately it's also become incredibly tight and stretched, and is really uncomfortable/painful, especially towards the end of the day. I'm lying in bed now in a state of extreme discomfortSad

Is this normal and if so is there anything I can do to help it? I'm rubbing stretch mark oil on, which seems to ease it a bit. Oh the joys of pregnancy!

To an extent it's normal but if it's hard and painful I'd take yourself to get checked out as some serious things can cause these. I don't mean to alarm you and more likely than not it is pain from stretching skin and muscles/ligaments in that area, but I'd probably get checked to be sure especially as you have a twin pregnancy.
I think the stretch mark oil can help, as can coconut oil, maybe having a bath in the evening, changing position.
