Low blood sugar in pregnancy

Had blood glucose tested today, roughly 80mins after a large bowl of cereal and it was 3mm/l. I’m 24 weeks.

Now I know it’s not critically low and it’s obviously better than having it too high.

Just wondering if this could be causing me to feel bad (I am feeling quite grim) and what if anything I can do to help?

I have this. It can be a real pain, mine tends to run very low in the mornings (currently 31+5). I find I go very lightheaded a shakey. I've found having fruit with my cereal makes a big difference. Also always carrying something to bring it up quickly, it has had me nearly passing out on several occasions. 😔
