Hi, I am 21 wks today & so far most of my weight gain has gone to my thighs. I am experiencing rubbing & sweaty esp in the current hot weather we are having which I am finding very uncomfortable. Anyone got any advice or product recommendations to help. Thanks

As a girl with thunder thighs in general, I recommend leggings or cycling shorts under any dresses/skirts. Wide leg trousers are great for the hot weather too.

I have heard that bodyglide is supposed to be good too :)

I use little angels liquid talc from asda on my thighs. It helps to stop them rubbing and sweating too much in the hot weather.

Lanacane anti-chafing gel is a miracle worker. I had the same issue and it acts as a barrier and also treats any sore bits.

Bodyglide is what you need. Works a treat.

I’m nearly 22 weeks now and have exactly the same problem. I bought a pack of cycling-short style underwear and that has solved it.

I saw a life hack video that suggested putting roll on deodorant at the tops of your thighs where they rub. Sounds weird, but totally works!

I wear cotton cycling shorts under dresses/skirts. H&m has some good ones. Bodyglide is also useful.

I second the lanacane gel - take it on every hot holiday and it's a life saver!

The Sure Maximum Protection deodorant rubbed onto both thighs works really well.

I saw an advert on Facebook recently for these "garter" type things, specifically designed for those of us with thighs that run together. Can't remember what they were called. If I find them I will post a link

Bandalettes!!

I had the same issue when I was pregnant. You cat get anti rub stuff off Amazon. I tried the stick roll on and some talc stuff and the talc stuff was better but you do need to reapply. Also cycling shorts under dresses are a good shout! You can get pregnancy ones.
