Thrush :(

It's driving me fucking crazy especially in this heat. Has anyone else had this while pregnant? I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant- are there any safe medications I can take? And does having thrush harm the baby?

I had thrush after a bout of cystitis, the creams are safe in pregnancy... think you have to go to pharmacy for them. Don't think there is any risk to baby but thrush is VERY annoying so you have my sympathy!

You can use pessaries and the cream but not the oral tablet. A pharmacist will not sell them to you without a prescription if you say you are pregnant but you can buy them off the shelf in many supermarkets

I just speak to my midwife, thy give me the pessary (insert by fingers rather than applicator) and the cream currently 30+3 and think I’m getting it for the 3rd time 😒
