Yes, it could be stretching pains, try not to worry. Just be vigilant for any bleeding and if you see any call the maternity unit. I'd often go to the bathroom with cramps expecting blood and there hasn't been any so far. Thankfully. Good luck!

Could be round ligament pains, they're pretty common in the second trimester. Scared me to death though.

I'll keep an eye on it just worries me after 2 missed misscarraiges and my little girl wasn't growing so had to be induced :(

I’m 14+4 and have been having cramps over the last few days. They seem to be worse when I’m dehydrated but go quite quickly when I have a drink. Could you be dehydrated?

Did your little girl grow ok when she arrived? Currently going through the same thing...

She's 1 in June but probably looks like an 8 month old but she's healthy and walking and doing everything she should and they've gone off thankfully :)

I had cramping about once a month throughout my pregnancy with dd1 (now 13) I also had a red bleed with her at about 12 weeks. I never had bleeding and cramps at the same time though which would be worrying
