Hi all, I'm just trying to figure out what is going on with my cycle and would appreciate hearing what others have experienced.
I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks 4 weeks ago. About 10 days after the miscarriage I had an LH peak that lasted for 4 days (have only ever tested positive for ovulation for one day previously). I was really hopeful I would fall pregnant again very quickly. I'm not 100% sure what's going on with my cycle (usually 26 days) but I would be expecting my period and time in the next 4 days.
However, 2 days ago I had some brown discharge (old blood, like the very start of a period for me). I was gutted, thinking my period had come early, but 2 days later it hasn't turned into a period. Only a very small amount of brown discharge when I wipe or just a very tiny amount on a pantyliner. No other cramps or anything I would normally get with a period. Am I crazy to still be hopeful about being pregnant? Want to put off doing a test until my period would be definitely late (unless it starts before), but I'm finding the waiting a nightmare!
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
