Hey Guys!
I’m 4 weeks pregnant..
Yesterday we were having a little get together with the family and we sat around the fire pit and I forgot how hot places can harm your baby..
We were there for like 30 min and I had my feet up at sometime ... should I be worried ? Because I know that overheat is not good

Relax, that won't have harmed baby at all, it's really hot baths etc you need to be careful with, that's all.

I think it's more to do with water, as your body cannot effectively cool itself submerged in hot water, and it raises your core temp. So baths hot tubs etc. Are a no go.
I know it's saunas and steam rooms too, but with those your in a room where the heat doesn't escape, whereas a fire pit you are outside?
I think you'll be absolutely fine, plus I'd doubt you'd have sat there for 30 mins if you were overheating.
