Early pregnancy, is this normal?

Hi all, I'm currently about 6 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby.
All confirmed with doctor etc, but since then I've had cramping and back pain (guessing little one growing and stretching). Have all the other signs. Then since yesterday, I don't feel so tired, my nausea has eased off, but boobs are still sore. Still getting the cramping but no bleeding.
Is this normal? Been reading up on internet about missed miscarriages and ladies finding out at scan baby died). My first midwife appt isn't until 17th May. Very worried mum

If your worried maybe u could book
an early scan? I'm currently 5wks pregnant and have had some pretty bad period cramping and a bit of back ache but I've been gardening this weekend so I'm not sure if i s from that.. I'm going to book an early scan but I can't have until I am 6wks x

I’m 6 weeks and basically have zero symptoms.

At this point in all my last pregnancies I had bad morning sickness and crippling tiredness.
I feel it doesn’t bode well. If it carries on I’m going to book an early scan.

I had a private scan last week at 6 weeks and honestly it was £80 well spent!
My symptoms have been coming and going since we found out so it was really reassuring to see our little crumbs (strong the sonographer said ❤️) heartbeat. It’s not going to stop the worry in the long run (at least 18 years of that ahead 😂) but it’s been a small weight off our preverbial shoulders knowing something is definitely in there.
Apparently symptoms can disappear because your body is becoming used to the hormones 🙂

I’m the same... symptoms keep coming and going... feeling normal this weekend but definitely more tired!!
I thought about booking a scan but thinking I need to hold off as sure it’s all normal, I didn’t feel much different with my dd either, so guessing we just cope better with pregnancy!!! Xx

Hormones fluctuate and some days you will feel worse than others. I had some days where I would be panicking because I didn’t feel sick but then it would hit me the next day like a ton of bricks and I’d regret sort of wishing for it.

I think my symptoms properly hit at 7-8 weeks. I remember posting here at 6 weeks asking if it was normal for symptoms to disappear. It's an anxious time because it's such a long wait to 12 weeks.
