Well, 0230hrs! So fed up! 11+6, and so bloody tired, bed by 10pm and awake at stupid o'clock feeling like spew is imminent. I've never actually been sick, but I know this situation is not sustainable, working full time and feeling the strain!

Just wanted to vent really, I know eating helps, but really not wanting to set alarm for 2am for a snack, when I'm ballooning as it is, and just need sleep. Argh!

I hear you, it's shit! I woke up around 2am for the first 20 weeks feeling horrendous, the only thing that helped was eating a few biscuits as soon as i woke up, then I could go straight back to sleep. Hope this phase passes for you soon Flowers

I had the same and found it helped to stay as upright as possible so would sleep propped up on 2-3 pillows. Also keep crackers and glass of water on your bedside table.

16 weeks hear and still feeling it. All in my house asleep as we speak and I’m laying here feeling like shit. I have a theory that it’s when your blood sugar levels drop. I get up eat some toast and it eases, but not this morning!!! 🙄

Agree with everyone else about eating something. I know it's the last thing you feel like doing, but it really helped me! During pregnancies I always had a cracker or biscuit to hand Smile

I hear you. Throwing up at 3pm and 3am in the same 24hr stretch sucks.

(18 weeks and it’s still happening too Angry)

Oh heavens ladies, isn't it awful? Once I'm up for the day I have a good breakfast, but within an hour I'm eating again, because it's all that stops the sick feeling. Have had a sore throat for weeks now, thinking it's the acid. Although not being sick, feeling sick much of the time.

I'm calling girl this time, never had this with either of my sons, but then again, I was a lot younger when I had them Grin

Hope you're all feeling much better soon X

I'm the same! My first pregnancy I was sick at around 8pm this one it's like 2am. 🤢 hope it eases for you all soon ❤

My vomiting was always worst overnight too :-( just so difficult to sleep/go to work/function.

I found a protein snack (like nuts) before bed helped a bit.
Good luck with it all :-) xx
