Sri Lanka whilst pregnant?

I have been trying to find information on travelling o Sri Lanka when pregnant. I can’t find anything advising against it and there is no risk of Zika virus. Has anyone got any recent experience of Sri Lanka whilst pregnant?

No malaria, no Zika but dengue which is bad news. I decided against it. It's bloody hard going anywhere exotic when pregnant!
