Don't feel pregnant

So I'm 11weeks today and since mid week I feel my pregnancy symptoms have gone. No sore boobs, no lower back pain. I looked 20weeks pregnant at 10weeks and now that's gone to.

Not had no bleeds or pains could it be a missed mc?

Have a 12weeks scan booked in for 14th May x

You won't know until the scan I'm afraid. My symptoms did drop off before 12 weeks and everything was fine with baby so it's not necessarily bad. The change in size probably means you're less bloated. I don't think you'd shrink while baby is still there. Try not to panic x

The early stages of pregnancy do feel like a bad period (bloating, lower back pain, sore boobs) however these symptoms do not last the entire pregnancy for most people, as u approach your second trimester it's normal for these symptoms to drop off. You won't know anything for sure until your scan. My boobs only hurt from weeks 5-8 and my bloating stopped at week 10 but I had nausea and morning sickness so they were replaced with other symptoms instead.

You’ll be fine. Symptoms come and go. Also looking 20 weeks at 10 weeks was just bloat. Your bloat has gone. That’s good!

It's probably all fine just me being paranoid. It's just I didn't have this in my first pregnancy, but I had really bad morning sickness & I've not had much of that this time around. But then again all pregnancies are different x

You'll be fine. Midwife told me it's normal for symptoms to come and go, and even with a missed miscarriage you would still have pregnancy symptoms, so a lack of doesn't indicate anything
