16 weeks and had a bleed again

Hi all. I'm now 16 weeks and I've just had another bleed. Haven't had one since the 1st trimester. Been out shopping today feeling totally fine. Got home feeling tired so had a nap. Woke up after about an hour for a wee and when I wiped I had red blood on the tissue. Nothing since and nothing in my knickers. Unsure whether to call anyone now or wait untill my midwife appointment on Wednesday to mention it

Call your maternity ward straight away. More than likely they will tell you to put a sanitary liner in and and call back in an hour. If there’s still something there they will want you in for a check.
Red blood needs checking ASAP

I’ve had bleeding from 14 weeks and everyone I’ve been told to call EPU it maternity unit. They ask a bunch of questions and decide if you need to be seen straight away

My bleeds were due to low lying placenta

Any bleeding should be checked. Call mw/triage

Called midwife who didn't seem to concerned as I've not had anything since and no pain. Told me to call back if I do get anymore
