Does anyone know if I have to do anything once I have given my employer proof of pregnancy?? Thanks :) x

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Your midwife will normally issue a matb1 form around 24 weeks (can't remember exactly when - your midwife will advise) you then give that to your employer. Congrats!

You should just get a letter from your HR department confirming the arrangements.

Thank you both :) yes have given mat form to them (it's a private company and has been sent to accountant) just haven't had anything back, will ask boss to ring them and double check as I'm due to go off in 8 weeks if not before lol x

I would just ask them if they need anything else from you before you go off - I did this last time because I was sure I had missed something and was told "nope! we'll just see you in a year!"

Mumofmunchkin I can't wait to hear those words! And get this baby out of me 😂 x
