Hi Everyone,

I'm 19+5 with my first and managed to dodge sickness throughout the first trimester.

About three weeks ago (or whenever it was last really hot) I had one random instance where I ran to the bathroom to throw up. I had previously been in the sun for about 1 hour and then started cooking food, so I gathered that I was overwhelmed from the heat, although I had cooled down a lot before I was actually sick.

And now today, it's been a lovely sunny day but not boiling. I walked into work and about 3 hours later threw up. I had another hour of feeling a bit crap then thew up again. I feel fine now.

I'm just wondering if this is normal for this stage pregnancy? I don't feel ill at all and have eaten pretty safe food so don't think it's my stomach at all.

If you've had similar do you have any advice? I'm due in September so I will be pregnant all summer!

I had nausea at the start of this pregnancy it's my third baby . But I noticed if I over heat or got to hot i feel sick and faint

If your walking try taking bottled water with you every where .. and sit down for a few minutes to cool down . That works for me if I get fresh air and drink a lot of water x
