Itchy sore nipples ?

Hi guys, I’m 26 weeks pregnant today with baby number 3. I’m a bit uncomfortable at the moment with itchy sore nipples, I’ve not experienced this with previous pregnancies. Has anyone else had this ? Any remedies anyone could suggest. Thanks in advance

@swipex341 i have/had this it is the most uncomfortable thing ever!! I found nipple cream, wearing a sports bra to bed and when very bad wearing breast pads with nipple cream helped
