Growth on Kidneys found at 20 week scan

Does anyone know what this could be. My cousin has been for her 20 week scan today and it shown up that her baba has got something growing on its kidneys. Dr doesnt know what it is so shes got to go back for a "special" scan next week. Has anyone got any experience of this or know what it could be?

I've never experienced a growth on any of my childrens kidneys but some of mine have had 'swollen' kidneys due to kidney reflux which can be common and usually found at the 20 weeks scan.

Hopefully someone here will be able to help you and your friend out more, what a pain having to wait til next week.
