really badly struggling with morning sickness at the moment so much its effecting my work.. im 9 weeks tomorrow and i work as a night health care assistant, i recently just had a week on sick cause i was admitted to hospital and kept throwing up. went back to work yesterday and spent the full night throwing up even with my antisickness.. im due back in tomorrow and dreading it and feel like i cant do it. my work are currently trying to swap me to days but awaiting for someone to fill my postion so i can then move on days.. i want to put another weeks sicknote in but not been with my company long and scared they will get rid.. spent all day in bed today after shift and woke up
at half 6, exhausted i got a bath and just about managed to dry my hair. 😞

If you are not well you are not well op I would definitely see your doctor and ask about getting signed off again. Your job is very demanding and tiring and you can't do it if you aren't well.
I think you work would have to take into account the your sickness is related to pregnancy so as long as there are no other issues I doubt they would be able to use that as a reason alone to terminate your contract.
