20 week scan tomorrow. Nervous wreck!

I actually feel sick I'm that nervous. I'm so worried about them telling me something is wrong. I just don't know how I will cope if I lose this baby
I'm taking DS to his friend's party after school and my head just isn't with it at all.

Try not to worry about things you absolutely cannot control.

More than likely everything will be totally fine like most people's 20week scans.

Don't waste your time and precious brain space on this.

Your thoughts are just thoughts. Not reality.

Until you have your Scan please dismiss this worry if you can.

This may or may not help, but it's what my Dad always told me about exams:

There is no point in worrying about something that you cannot control.

The same applies here. The baby will be healthy, whether you worry or not. If the scan does pick up on something, then again - you worrying won't have any impact on that.

Take some deep breaths and TELL yourself that everything will be ok. A little positive affirmation can go a long way.
