When to start taking your notes with you?

Hi all,

I’m hitting the 31 week mark and we are going away for the weekend (only a couple of hours away from home) do I need to take my notes with me? Or is that just being a bit over keen? We are catching the train so bag space is of a premium! Thoughts appreciated!

I’m going on holiday in a few weeks and I’ll be 15 weeks by then. My midwife has told me to take my notes with me in my carry on luggage.
