Ok since for ever i have had regular period never missed days and always on time. On 24th February I got my monthy like normal then on the 7th - 12 March I got it again very heavy and painful and very unusual. Then on the 26th of March i got my period again this time it was normal except i spoted for an extra 5 days until the 5th the 5th of April. I had sex on the 6th and 10th of April. On the 13th i had what felt like an implantation bleed as i have had it before. I have had all the symptoms except tender breasts and still no period. I took a test on the 25th and 30th but both negative. Could i be pregnant or is there something wrong as ive never had an irregular period before.

You had a period on 24th Feb, then 7th Mar, then 26th Mar? Are you cycles always so short? These seem excessively short to me. Have you just come off the pill or is there a reason you have short cycles?

If you're worried, please go and see your GP. There's a chance you could be pregnant but it's best to get checked out asap. Good luck.

When you come off of the pill it can take quite a while for your cycles to settle back down so it's not unusual to have irregular periods for a while.
I think it's unlikely that you are pregnant and more likely that your period is delayed because you have had a cluster of them so close together. However never say never, anything is possible.
If you are worried about the bleeding then I would speak to your GP.

Your periods on the pill weren’t “real” periods. They were ‘regular’ due to the complex balance of hormones they contain. When that shifts at a certain point in the pack, you get your bleed.

Your periods will take a little while to regulate. You can track your CM or use OPKs for the time being to identify when you are ovulating, to give you a better idea of what your body is doing.

Yes came off the pill the month before.

Vital information you missed from your first post! As others have said, cycles can take time to regulate after being on the pill.
