37 weeks, lots of labour signs?

For the past few days I've been having period aches/cramps a few times a day, I've lost some brownish discharge which I'm guessing is my mucus plug, I'm having very strong lightening pain in my cervix and some tightening. I can barely walk very far anymore without bringing the cramps back on and walking at snails pace. I'm also just incredibly sore and bruised feeling in my pelvis.

Are these all signs labour is happening soon or do I still probably have two weeks or more of this and baby is just a tease!? (A little longer would be preferable so I can sleep and clean haha!)

Hey, I had all these pains when I went into labour at 38w3d. It could be slow labour which I had 3 days prior. If I was you I'd have lots of bath, do walking and I know you want to keep the baby in longer but looks like they are coming regardless 😃 good luck!!

I had that around 37 weeks but hate to tell you I have birth at 42+1! Think for some it means it's imminent but obviously not for me!!

I had about a week of those kind of symptoms before DD1 was born at 39+4 and a few days similar before DD2 was born also at 39+4. Good luck!
