Have I just overdone it? 30weeks (and a bit)

My other half asked me to help him out over a weekend event (he's self employed). I worked from all weekend plus all week and was camping as part of it over the weekend. I avoided doing any heavy lifting though due to baby.
On the Saturday and Sunday I was throwing up on and off all day with morning sickness type symptoms and struggled with hip pain on the Sunday. Baby movements are normal but I had some tightness and slight cramps around my bump which wasn't normal for me.
Is this anything to worry about? Or have I just overdone it a bit?

Around 31 weeks I had a day of charging about and ended up with painful contractions that I had to breathe through in the evening. It settled over night but was still very achey and felt like it could start again at any point.

I did call the hospital and was advised to have two full days in bed as I'd potentially irritated the uterus and here was probably some changes going on. I ended up only one day in bed but I really needed it. It was the start of me needing to take regular rests on some days and full days of constant Braxton Hicks at work. Funnily enough a friend experienced similar around that stage too.

There's no way I could have done what you've done so I expect it's over doing it- however there's no harm discussing with with your mw to be sure.
