So nervous I just wish the 12 weeks scan would hurry up! 5 weeks no signs no symptoms is this okay so early or should I be worried?

Some people have no symptoms at all and some have loads. Up until about 11 weeks I was mostly just tired, with very mild nausea that was fine if I ate regularly. Then my back started hurting as the relaxin hormone kicked in, and now (17 weeks) my boobs are really sore.

You may find weird things you're experiencing are actually symptoms (e.g. I had sore gums for a few days), or you may be one of the lucky people who get no symptoms, or just haven't got any yet. Try not to worry too much. Missed miscarriage is not common (although it can seem it if you read these boards too much, that's just because of the sheer number of people here!).

5 weeks here too and no symptoms, which is the same as my other pregnancies at this point (I have 2 DC). The first few weeks really do drag though!

It's hard not to panic and those first weeks are so long. It's totally normal to have no symptoms and even for symptoms to come and go. Good luck

Yes, do keep in mind that many people who are attracted to these boards are so because they are going through something like a miscarriage/worrying symptoms. So the sample here is skewed compared to the general population of pregnant women. That goes for later too when worrying about scans etc!

FWIW I haven't had any nausea or symptoms other than slightly larger boobs. I'm now 12 weeks and problem free as far as I know.
