Preeclampsia? Does it happen everytime?

I jus found out I'm a few weeks pregnant!! Although , with my last pregnancy.... I had my son at 27 weeks due to super high blood pressure.
Is it more then likely gonna happen again??

There is an increased risk yes but You will be closely monitored and probably advised to start taking daily aspirin.
