I'm 29 weeks tomorrow and the past 3-4 days maybe can't really remember I've been having cramps where you would get your period cramps and they seem to be more noticeable as times going on and really worried this could be early labour or something , sorry if I sound dramatic I'm a first time mum and pregnancy and will hold hands up and say I wouldn't a clue what's normal or not

Call your hospital or midwife if you're concerned!

But some cramping is definitely normal. I'm 29+5 and had some cramping like you describe that kept coming and going so I got got paranoid and called he hospital. It hadn't been happening long so they told me to take paracetamol and give it a couple of hrs. I lay down for a bit and it stopped.

But def call for advice, they won't mind! X
