Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can give me any advice or insight. I have had the contraceptive implant in for just over a year. Lately, I had been having pregnancy symptoms, so I took a test to reassure myself, and it is positive. I did another four and they were all positive too. I don't understand how this has happened. I had emergency surgery for a ruptured ovarian cyst a month ago - that's the only potentially significant detail I can think of. Due to health reasons, I would not be able to keep the baby. I also have two children already. The thought of abortion is horrifying though and I feel so upset. I have had some bleeding, mostly brown blood, so I'm hoping the problem may solve itself but it doesn't look likely. I don't know what to do. Has anyone experienced anything similar??
