Weight gain in pregnancy...

Hello all. So I’m really paranoid about my weight gain.

With my first I fell pregnant at 10st8 and didn’t put on any weight until I developed pre eclampsia at 35 weeks. After pregnancy I was 12st5.

Didn’t manage to lose any and fell pregnant again. Start weight 12st.6 and I’m already 14st.4 with 11 weeks to go. I don’t feel like I’m over eating or eating the wrong foods just can’t help but piling on the pounds.

I’m not at the biggest I’ve ever been and don’t really have much of a bump. I didn’t with my first so do think I carry all over. But just wondering if anyone else had similar situation and found it came off easier?!

I hate to worry about it but after losing 4 stone to begin with before pregnancy I found it really hard so think I will struggle to do it again!

Any help/suggestions would be great. Thank you

I am a FTM so no advice for after, but I am 28+ 3 and have so far put on (weighed at my 28 week midwife appointment at my request) 10kg. Its all boobs and bump so I am hoping I'm not left with just a big belly! I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I am thinking il be at least 2 stone heavier by 40 weeks at a minimum.

I am planning to go onto slimming world after, its a much healthier option than dieting, and maybe do a spin class a week for some exercise as well as walking every day... Whether I follow through with these though is an entirely different matter lol Blush
