I'm flying to Poland tomorrow (3 hr flight) I'm 14 weeks pregnant.
Should I wear flight socks?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I would say yes. I asked my midwife at my 16 week appointment as I'll be flying at 24 weeks and she advised it.

Yes, apart from anything you'll just feel generally better! I wear compression socks quite a lot anyway. I have low bp in pregnancy and I find I feel better at the end of the day if I've worn them/ don't get as much if that swelling feeling.

I did when preggo.

I flew with them at 21 weeks and found them incredibly tight and not sure if they had much of a benefit.

I did buy the specifically as recommended by midwife but in reality for a shortish flight Im not sure I would bother again.
