I suffer from anxiety and I'm constantly worrying about my baby I'm 14 weeks pregnant today and I still check the toilet paper every time I go or worry about every little niggle or pain my belly. I have had 2 scans and everything is fine. But I just feel like I want to see the baby every week to make sure it's ok xx

If it's any consolation, I'm 36 + 1 and I still check every time I go to the loo!

I think that's what we've signed up for now: a lifetime of worry :)

All the best Smile

I'm same I really wanted to enjoy being pregnant this time round but it's just one worry after the other. If I'm honest only time I'm not worrying is when I'm asleep lol or I'll watch something on Netflix daft as it sounds been watching vampire diaries so that's been keeping my mind off it for now haha x

Do you really? It's lovely to know I'm not the only one xx

Totally normal! I'm 31 weeks and still check! I'm counting down to mat leave so I can concentrate on hypnobirthing and relaxing!

I’m 35+1 and still worrying.
Felt so poorly today with headaches, sickness and dizzy and it’s sent me into a complete panic.
I can’t imagine this worry is going to go when baby is here.

My advise is Get off the internet. I drove myself mad looking up everything. I'd be going for a test or something, Google it and see about 100 negative stories. I'd freak the shit out of myself. My OH had to remind me that people with no negative stories probably didn't post and that the results were totally skewed. I also found that asking someone about particular concerns helped. Something that I'd been petrified over for days sounded ridiculous, even to me, when I said it out loud to someone else. Remember, there is no opposing, reasonable voice in your head.

The checking when wiping is pretty universal. Prepare to become intimately familiar with it and any colour change etc till you go into labour!

Thank you so much for everyone's comments. I know every little thing I google and I already have 1 child who is 5 and I was never like this during pregnancy but now I am. Just getting so worried need some relaxation time without my mind going mad on me I feel dizzy with panic sometimes. Xx
